The Edinburgh Hand Clinic accepts referrals for any hand or wrist problem in adults or teenage children. Your will need to ask your GP to write a referral, which can be sent either to our PA or directly to one of the hospitals below. This referral can be sent by email or post, or brought with you to your consultation.

The Edinburgh Clinic 

The Edinburgh Clinic is a private day-case hospital situated on Colinton Road, near Edinburgh’s leafy Polwarth, Morningside and Craiglockhart areas. It is located within easy reach of the City Centre and offers free on-site parking for ease of access. It was founded in 2008, and in 2011 became part of Aspen Healthcare, which owns seven other healthcare facilities in England. The Edinburgh Clinic provides Edinburgh Hand Clinic patients with fast access for outpatient consultations, on-site diagnostic imaging, day-case operations, nerve testing, physiotherapy and specialist nursing. It aims to provide these services in a unique, quality clinical environment.

Spire Hospitals Edinburgh 

Spire Murrayfield Hospital is a private hospital located on Corstorphine Road, which was founded in 1984. It provides fast access for consultations, on-site diagnostic imaging, day-case and in-patient operations, physiotherapy and specialist nursing. In 2010 Spire opened at Shawfair Park with easy access to the Ring-Road. The Edinburgh Hand Clinic treats patients at both the Spire facilities.
